Timely distribution of accurate staff schedules.

Addressing staff who service Consumers outside the scheduled times without notification to the office.

Accurate follow up on faxes received from answering services each morning.

Accurate reporting of from/to On-Call every morning.

Accurate reporting of all complaints and/or problems related to off hour issues (answering service) or On-call.

Participation in the QA Committee/Orientation process as requested.

Other duties as assigned.

Responding to staff requests within 48 hours of receipt.

Notifies the Agency of emergencies, sickness, and other imminent occurrences that may affect the caseload as quickly as possible relative to the event’s occurrence.

Submits written time requests 2 weeks or more in advance of planned time off.
